Preoperative Training Model

Our bespoke organ models are best suited for case-based training and discussion of complex and difficult surgical procedures. The models can be made from a variety of materials:

  1. soft silicone: realistically mimics the tactile characteristics of the model.

  2. rigid plastic with highlighted vessels and pathologies (e.g., tumor tissue)

  3. SimOrgan** material: realistically mimics the tactile properties of the model, is ultrasound-compatible and can be manipulated by electrosurgery

The basis for each individual model is the patient's data from CT, MRI or other radiological imaging procedures. We use AI-based software to convert the data into a 3D model. The models are then manufactured using the latest 3D printing technology. After receiving the patient data, we manufacture your model within 2-5 days depending on the complexity. After completion, we will ship it - please allow approx. 3-5 days for shipping.
